This policy applies to orders placed directly on turbotankcleaner.com. If you purchased through Amazon, please use Your Orders on Amazon for that order's return or refund. Amazon's policies apply to Amazon purchases.

30-day returns

For a website purchase, email support@turbotankcleaner.com within 30 days after delivery to request a return. Please include your order number and the reason for your request. For a change-of-mind return, the Turbo Tank Cleaner should be unused and include its original parts and packaging. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can resolve it; photos are helpful if available. Please do not mail an item back before we approve the return.

Return shipping

For an approved website return, we provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you, with packing and drop-off instructions. The return destination is Muehleip Inventions LLC, 663 North 4212 East, Rigby, ID 83442, United States. Use the label we provide so we can identify your return.

Refunds

After the returned item arrives, we will inspect it and email you the outcome. For an approved return, we refund the amount paid for the returned item, including any shipping charge and applicable sales tax, to the original payment method. We do not issue the refund automatically when the carrier first scans the package. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. If there is a problem with your return, we will contact you before deciding on the refund.

Cancellations and questions

If you need to cancel or change a website order, email us as soon as possible. We will try to help before fulfillment begins, but cancellation is not guaranteed once the order is being processed or shipped. If it has shipped, request a return under this policy.
